Join newEar on our rollicking Road Trip, starting with John Adams' groovy Road Movies. We continue on our journey through musical styles around the globe, employing a colorful assortment of acoustic instruments and video. Eric Honour joins our caravan with the world premiere of Still, in Motion. Honour will speak at the pre-concert talk as well as appear in the concert.
newEar has accepted an invitation from the Beijing Modern Music Festival (BMMF) to be a featured performer at what is becoming “one of the most important festivals in…international professional music fields.” Spanning May 19-25, the Festival will give newEar the opportunity to present a featured concert to the international contemporary music community for the second consecutive year. newEar is also excited to participate in the BMMF mission to cultivate young composers from around the globe, under the auspices of Beijing’s own prestigious Central Conservatory of Music.

See photos of the enthusiastic assemblage of musicians, composers, and new music fans on our Facebook page!
